Canoe Intelligence Expands Partner Program in EMEA with New Apliqo Integration
The partnership between Canoe Intelligence and Apliqo will offer enhanced capabilities for alternative investors seeking robust portfolio management analytics and reporting.
NEW YORK, ZURICH, July 6, 2023 – Canoe Intelligence (“Canoe”), the financial technology company powering alternative investment intelligence for institutional investors and wealth managers, today announced that Apliqo, a software provider designing solutions for advanced performance management and business planning, has become the latest European member of the Canoe Partner Program, an ecosystem of technology and service providers that advances alternative investment document collection and data management for the industry.
Based in Zurich, Apliqo was founded in 2013. Apliqo LP Portfolio Management (LP PM) offers an intuitive and dynamic analytics platform for private market investors and is used by thousands globally for reporting, budgeting, and planning.
Leveraging Canoe’s open APIs, Apliqo pulls documents and data collected, categorized, extracted, and validated by Canoe into their system for aggregation, analysis, and reporting. Data from Canoe will power downstream portfolio management and reporting in Apliqo’s system. Connectivity between the two platforms will benefit mutual clients, enabling them to further streamline their alternative investment processing workflow and free up time to perform more value-adding tasks.
“Apliqo offers an intuitive and dynamic analytics platform for private market investors. We help our clients get more transparency into the opaque asset class and advance collaboration,” said Martin Zahner, general manager of investment solutions at Apliqo. “Partnering with Canoe allows us to automate the data management for our clients and provide them with more timely and accurate alternative investment data. We look forward to seeing how our mutual clients grow with the new value unlocked by the Canoe x Apliqo API integration.”
Over 225 institutional investors, asset servicers, capital allocators, and wealth managers leverage Canoe to automate their most time-consuming manual alternative investment processes. The Canoe Partner Program is designed to create a seamless experience for clients with a system-agnostic, client-first approach to integrations.
“As interest in private market investments continues to grow, we believe our family office, pension, and endowment clients will benefit greatly from the new downstream connection to Apliqo’s portfolio management and reporting system being powered by data from Canoe,” said Kim Raymonde, director of partnerships and integrations at Canoe Intelligence. “Canoe’s European client base has expanded significantly in 2023 and we are thrilled to continue growing our ecosystem with innovative integration partners like Apliqo.”
This announcement follows the announcement of Canoe’s continued expansion in Europe with the recent opening of its London office in May 2023 and the growth of its EMEA-based client roster, including new client SwanCap.
