As Global Head of Fund Solutions, Charlotte is responsible for designing, building and deploying end-to-end solutions that maximise the use of technology for new and existing clients of Ocorian across our Global Funds offices.

Charlotte also manages our product development roadmap, ensuring that we have the right technology in place to drive efficiencies for our teams and clients alike.

She joined Ocorian in 2018 and has over 26 years of experience in financial services.

Prior to joining Charlotte served as an Executive Director at a fund administration business servicing a wide range of private equity and real estate funds where she was instrumental in the firm's growth during this time.

Jan-Philipp Wiencke is the Head of Investment Office Operations at Hasso Plattner Foundation, where he has spent over five years building and refining the operational infrastructure of the investment office.

In this role, he oversees the processes, systems, and governance frameworks that underpin the Foundation's investment activities.

Prior to joining HPC, Jan-Philipp spent more than six years at KPMG, where he developed deep expertise in financial advisory and professional services.

He holds the CFA charter and is a graduate of ESCP Europe, where he completed a double degree — an MSc and a Master Grande École.

David is a Managing Director in Ardian's Fund Finance team, with 12 years of experience at the firm.

He has spent the majority of his tenure focused on all aspects of the secondary business and, in recent years, has also become primarily involved in the semi-liquid strategies.

Sofia Basu is a Portfolio, Data and Analytics Associate at Hollyport Capital, a specialist secondary investor focused on capturing value in legacy private equity assets. Sofia works across portfolio data, analytics, and technology; improving reporting, streamlining workflows, and leveraging AI to make private markets data more accessible and actionable.Sofia began her career at Rockborne, building hands-on expertise in tools including Python, SQL, Snowflake, and Alteryx. This foundation in data engineering and analytics informs her current focus on turning complex private equity portfolio data into clear, actionable insight.
